Lincoln Viking™ 3350 Welding Helmet - 1/1/1/1 optical Clarity

Optical clarity rating is a weird thing, almost every helmet now-a-days has it but no one really knows what it means.  At this point there is not a set standard in the United States for manufacturing welding helmets.  Lincoln Electric has decided to use European Norms to have a check point on where their welding helmets rate.   They have achieved the highest ranking of 1/1/1/1.  With 1/1/1/1 optical clarity you know that this helmet will not have a distorted image, will not be distorted by light, and will hold an even shade no matter where you look through the lens.  This creates one of the best viewing windows in the industry.
